This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Brivt, operated by 0-20, LLC. It covers lint rollers, adhesive refill rolls, mini travel lint rollers, caps, handles, and included packaging sold through this website.
Return Window and Condition
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product condition accepted for return: new only.
- Exchanges are accepted when the replacement item is available.
- Return method: by mail.
Lint Roller Return Eligibility
Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging plus all included refill rolls, caps, or accessories. Items with used adhesive sheets, missing refills, dirty rollers, damaged handles, or signs of use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives with a cracked handle, missing refill roll, missing cap, wrong color, incorrect item, or package damage, contact care@brivt.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the item, packaging, and visible issue.
How To Start a Return
- Email care@brivt.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
- Pack all lint roller parts securely and include every component from the original package.

Labels, Fees, and Refunds
- Return label: included in the package, free.
- Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
- No restocking fee applies to approved eligible returns.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges depend on availability of the requested handle color, sheet count, refill quantity, or travel format. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, customers may request a return after delivery.
